What you'd expect me to be doing
I'm using MediaMonkey to rip a few more overlooked CDs to my aircraft hangar-sized hard drive. If I had given things a little more foresight, I should have just gone and done each disc in alphabetical order until I had them all on the hard drive, but nooooo. I have to be all nitpicky. Enh, no matter. The end result is the same - a whole bunch of new additions to my library for streaming to Last.fm (who have essentially owned all the other social music networks) and creating more mixes with in Mixmeister (which won't let me burn CDs anymore, dangit).
I wouldn't object to a glass or two of wine right now...perhaps I can procure some later. Or maybe a big limeade slush from Sonic with Bacardi Peach Rum in it.
I need to start thinking about what I'm going to do for the Subculture Reunion show next month...it's not far away. Good thing I cleared off the turntables. Mostly. The only thing on them right now is my Universal Life Church Certificate of Ministry. I need to buy some frames. I could get those at Hobby Lobby (and I need to get another dry erase board anyway), but they'll be closed by the time Bear and I get out of the house today.
I should have recorded some vocals today. I didn't.
I'd like it to rain before the week is over.
